For Roasted Peppers you will need...

Peppers and a drizzle of olive oil

Here's how...

Roasting peppers makes the soft and sweet with a delicious smoky flavour. Lovely in pasta sauces or salads.

Cut the peppers in half and remove the seeds and stem. Place skin side up on a shallow roasting tray and drizzle with a little oil.

Roast in a hot oven (220°C) for about 50mins until blistered and blackened. Transfer to a bowl, cover with clingfilm and leave to steam for 10mins. Now you should be able to slip off the skins, don't worry about getting them all off, a few charred bits will add the smoky falvour.
