Chocolate Brioche Pudding

A decadent chocolate flavoured bread and butter pudding. So delicious and so easy to make.


Slice the brioche rolls and squish into a shallow, greased baking dish. If using the plain brioche, sprinkle the chocolate over too.

Meanwhile, whisk together the eggs, cream, milk and sugar.

Pour the custard over the brioche and leave to sit for 15minutes.

Sprinkle with brown sugar and bake at 170C for about 30mins until the pudding is just set.
