For Mustard Dressing you will need...

1tsp honey
1 tbsp dijon mustard
½ tbsp english mustard
3 tbsp cider vinegar
100ml olive oil

Makes about 150ml

Here's how...

This is one of those perfect, thick mustardy dressing that will liven up anything you dress it with. This amount makes enough for a large salad, but double, triple, quadruple the quantities to make enough to keep.

Mix together the honey, mustards and cider vinegar, then whisk the olive oil in slowly to form an emulsion. Season to taste.

This will keep in a jar for a few weeks, just mix well before using - the benefit of the jar being you can just give it a good shake before using (as long as the lid is on tightly!)

A little chopped garlic is very nice in this.

Use the dressing within a week if you add garlic.
